Growing Memories

Abbey Gardens is starting a potential collaboration with the project Growing Memories. They are exploring how eating habits have changed in Stratford over the years and they would love to hear from people with memories and recipes to share! Please get in touch with them via email at francis@ech.org.uk or by phone: 020 8553 3116.

School 21 Christmas celebration of mindfulness at Abbey Gardens

School 21
Christmas celebration of mindfulness

Tuesday 18th December 3:30pm – 4:30pm
Abbey Gardens, Bakers Row, E15 3NF

Have an experience you will never forget!

We will calm your mind and body using all the senses. Enjoy mindful tasting and healthy snacks, join in mindful seeing and breathing meditations as well as other Christmas entertainment. Take away a mini indoor garden and see our mindful classroom designs.

At School 21 we have decided to make people more aware of being mindful and centred. Our project aims to bring together the community in the beautiful Abbey Gardens.
